Due to predicted weather conditions, Bedford County's gated waste convenience centers and the Bedford Area Welcome Center will be closed on Sunday, January 25, 2026.
The Bedford County Social Services Board meets at 9:30 a.m. every third Thursday. Meetings are held in the Burks Scott Building, 119 East Main St., Bedford, VA. When available, meeting documentation may be viewed and downloaded here.
