Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is responsible for all Bedford County zoning and subdivision matters and applicable zoning ordinances.

There are seven members on the Planning Commission. They are all appointed by the Board of Supervisors by district.

The Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the County Administration Building (122 East Main Street, Bedford).

All regular meetings of the Bedford County Agricultural Economic Development Advisory Board are held the first Wednesday of each month at the Ag Extension Office (1257 County Farm Rd., Bedford), unless otherwise noted.
