New applications are currently being accepted for the Bedford County Land Use program. An application will be required to enter a parcel into the program for the first time or if a change has been made during 2025 to a parcel that is currently participating in the Land Use program.

The new application fee is $15, and the application must be filed by November 3, 2025.

Any application filed after the due date must be filed by December 31, 2025, with a late fee. The total fee will be $65.

All participants were required to renew during 2024 for the 2025-2026 tax years. A renewal is not required at this time.
