Voters will head to the polls on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, to cast ballots for a special election for a proposed statewide amendment.

Please review the following important information before Election Day:

• To find your polling place and view a sample ballot, visit our online map at www.bedfordcountyva.gov/votingmap.
• All polling places will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters who are in line by 7 p.m. will be permitted to vote.
• Voters are required to present an acceptable form of identification at the polls (i.e., driver's license, DMV-issued ID card, etc.) If you arrive without an acceptable ID, you may either sign an ID Confirmation Statement or vote a provisional ballot. Poll workers will provide detailed instructions at your polling place.
