2026 real estate tax bills have been mailed and will arrive in mailboxes soon.

New this year, the Treasurer’s Office is changing how real estate tax bills are sent.

In the past, taxpayers received one bill in the spring with two payment coupons for the first payment (due June 5) and the second payment (due December 5).

Starting in 2026, taxpayers will receive two separate bills:

• One in the spring for the first payment
• One in the fall for the second payment

You can still choose to pay the full amount when you receive the spring bill. If you do, you will not receive a second bill in the fall.
