Bedford County's Falling Creek Park

Falling Creek Park is the first park to be developed by the County and, as such, is its signature park. The development of the park had assistance through a $200,000 matching grant from the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation. This park is located in a beautiful setting with magnificent views and is centrally located within the County and in close proximity to the Town of Bedford. The park has a 36 hole disc golf course, extensive tails for runners and bikes, a bmx course,  playground, and beautiful picnic shelters. The park is easily accessible via vehicular traffic from Route 460 to Falling Creek Road.
