All requests for contributions to external agencies must be received by the Finance department no later than January 31 of each year for funding effective the following July. (For example, January 31, 2024, is the deadline for funding effective July 1, 2024.)

The budget committee will review all requests and include recommended funding amounts in the proposed budget that is released in early March. The public hearing on the budget is held in early April and budget adoption occurs near the end of April.

All surplus materials will be auctioned through GovDeals (Government Surplus Auctions). This online service allows us to offer surplus items more frequently, as well as accept multiple forms of payment including PayPal, wire transfers, and charge cards.
