Residential Building Plan Review is required for single-family dwellings, detached garages and storage buildings, additions, and certain types of alterations. 

• Submit one complete set of plans with the application provided below.
• Provide fee as shown on application form upon submission

Note: Building plans are not reviewed for structures meeting the definition of a “Farm Building” per state code. They do require a zoning permit.

All commercial buildings, additions and alterations require a full plan review.

• Submit two complete sets of plans with the application provided below.
• Plans should include a cover page with all relevant design information.
• Plans should include structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical designs.
• Provide fee as shown on application form upon submission
